Khumbu Renjo Pass Trekking 17 days

KhumbuRenjo pass

Khumbu Renjo Pass Trekking- The strenuous trekking journey crosses two high passes- the Renjo La (5345 m) and the Cho La (5420 m) without technical climbing. Cho La and Renjo La are rugged high passes that link the major valleys of the Everest region. We follow the classic trek route to Everest Base Camp (EBC) up to Namche Bazaar and thereafter the trail deviates off the beaten track into the little-traveled Bhote Koshi Valley and begin the ultimate trekking trip in the Everest National Park. We trek slowly through Sherpa villages and yak pastures with rarely trodden trail before emerging into the stunning Gokyo Valley with its beautiful lakes via Renjo la pass (5345 m) from where the view of Everest is incredible. From Gokyo, we take the higher route of Cho La pass (5420 m) to join the classic trail of Everest Base Camp witnessing the surrounding beautiful mountains. In fact, this trek offers an ever-lasting experience of natural beauty, spectacular sights of towering Himalayan peaks and in depth cross cultural discovery of the Everest region.
