Mardi Himal Trek is newly opened trekking trail which is located in the Annapurna region of Nepal. it offers stunning views of the mountains including the best chance of discovering the culture of different ethnic group’s found along the route. Mardi Himal is a ridge of triangular shape, located to the southern slope of Mt Machhapuchre, is considered as the holy peak, which can be admired the picturesque valley of Pokhara, Hiuchuli, Dhaulagiri (8167m), and Annapurna-I (8091m). This trekking starts by the road from Kathmandu to Pokhara, then 30 minutes drive to Suikhet-Phedi or an hour drive to Kande from Pokhara. Stunning views of Annapurna mountain range including Machhapuchhre and Lamjung Himal as well as the trail follows the Pines and Rhododendrons forest and continues to the south of Mardi River through the valley.
